a FLORIDA CORPORATION OWN THE HOUSE I LINE IN AND I AM THE ONLY MENBER OF THE CORPORATION , THE CORPORATION WAS DISSOLVED BY THE STATE SINCE I DID NOT FILED THE ANUAL REPORT SINCE 2011, SHALL I CREATE A NEW CORPORATION WITH THESAME NAME OR SHALL I PAID THE REINSTATEMENT FEES TO SELL THE PROPERTY

The corporation needs to be reinstated in order to do any transfers of the property. The State will not allow you to create new corporation with the same name.
