In Florida do you get a court hearing before a property lien and collections can start I have paid the fees its the attorneys fees that I am disputing

You don't really give enough information to answer your inquiry. Some liens can apply without a hearing. Collections can start after a judgment is obtained. If the matter is still in Court and the only dispute is the amount or entitlement to fees, then you should receive notice of any hearings involving that issue.
