florida deed

my aunt bought a piece of land in her name, her daughter's and mine. the seller gave us a warranty deed. later my aunt used a quitclaim deed to remove her name leaving my cousin and myself.

my cousin died last year. does half of the property belong to her survivors?

It depends on how the deed reads, i.e. joint tenants or tenants in common.
