florida foreclosure & military transfer

A friend of mine was transferred to Singapore for the service, he was living in Pasco County Florida. he tried to sell his home, with no buyers and now it is in foreclosure. Can the bank foreclose since he was transferred out of the country?

He has protection and remedies available under the Soldiers And Sailors Civil Relief Act. He needs to contact his legal office ASAP to get specific advice on this.
