Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
In Florida, we placed an offer on a condo and it was accepted via email by the sellers agent on October 20. The seller changed the counter offer on 22 October after we accepted.
Is it permissible for them to do that?

Doubt the agent had authority to accept in this fashion. The usual way is by a fully executed contract.
