Florida Property Tax

If I Pay the property tax on the residential property in which I reside but do not have title, Can I have title tranfered to my name after three years of property tax payments in the state of Florida?

No, but it is nice of you to think about paying someone else's taxes. I would be in the nature of a gift. I am sure they would appreciate it if they knew it were happening.
