Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Florida Real Estate Law Question - In Florida, a grandmother and grandson are both on the deed of a residential property. The grandmother deeds her half of the property to the son. The son then sells the property on his own and keeps the proceeds. Was the sale of the property legal? What rights does the grandson have? Thank you

No way to know without seeing the deed to grandson and grandmother and from grandmother to son. The son, not grandson, would only have owned the grandmother's share of the property if the conveyance to grandmother and grandson was done correctly.
