Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Florida real estate license required?
If I work as a reservationist at a Florida licensed real estate firm who manages other people's vacation homes, do I need an active real estate license to physically show the properties by myself for walk-ins or appointments for rentals under 6 months? Also, am I able to sell vacation rentals and make vacation contracts without a license as the rental agent over the phone, in-person, and by email to clients if my employer pays my salary from the money they collect from the rental agreements made (they charge the owners a percentage of the base rent as commission, but add a reservation & cleaning fees, etc. to the client's rental contract).

Re: Florida real estate license required?
All the things you describe require a license unless you or your employer actually own the property.
