Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am in florida and have recently been served with a eviction summons... i went and paid money to court and responded to the summons within the time frame.... what is the next step to this process

If done correctly, the court should set a hearing.

You will get a hearing set by the Court, either a status conference or a final hearing on the eviction complaint. You can check with theJudge's office about when it will be set.
