Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

in florida, what remedies do i have if my sublandlord, did not put my commercial space security deposit in a special account...did not notify me of where it was kept...probably commingled the funds....and most likely will not return my security deposit when i leave on 2/28/14, on some bogus claims.

If he keeps the security, without following the L&T statute, sue. Take photos of the premises before you leave. Ask for a walk through. Bring a witness.
