Florida tenant bounced first month rent check and security deposit check

My tenant gave me two checks before move in: one for first month's rent and another check for the security deposit. Now she has been living in my property at no cost to her. I have already posted a three day notice on the door but am now baffled about the eviction complaint because I am not sure if I can include all of the monies owed or just the first month's rent. For anyone who knows the answer to this question....thanks so much for any input!
