Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I need to forclose (house) on someone I hold the note for, but can’t afford to go through the typical formalities of hiring an attorney, can I do this on my own? I’m in Jacksonville, FL.

You really need to consult with an attorney. At least meet one time to get the information you need to properly file. The problem will be if any nuances occur and then you will need to consult an attorney again. if the note is worthwhile perhaps a contingency arrangement can be worked out.
