they have forclosed on our mobile home. the sale is on aug. 31 when do we have to be out of the mobile home by thank you

A certificate of title will be issued by the Clerk of the Court 10 days after the foreclosure sale at which time title transfers. If you stay on the property after that time you are subject to being evicted.

There is no sure answer. My best guess is about 11 days after the sale, but it could be more.
