You can stay for awhile. Before they forcibly remove you, they will post a 24 hour notice on your door to move out, or be moved out. The next day the Sheriff may come to escort you off the premises. Alternately, you may talk to the association, and ask them how much they may pay you to voluntarily leave the property and sign over a deed to them with a release to you.
