Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

foreclosure

I bought a ''boat condo'' in a marina. I have a mortgage on my unit. Apparently the marina is going into foreclosure. Where do I stand on my unit, for which I have been making timely payments? The curent value of the unit is about half what the mortgage is.
