Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Foreclosure break in and locks changed?

Florida is Judicial. A Foreclosure was filed against me which I have answered. I moved most of my stuff out to a 2nd residence that is not in foreclosure. I come home to my house (the one in foreclosure) and find the locks have been changed someone has broken in and changed the locks causing severe damage to the front entrance. There has been no sale and the lawyers have not responded to my answer yet although I double checked with the clerk of the courts that it was filed on time and a copy was mailed to the lawyers. Additionally I am filing bankruptcy although that has not happened yet.

Is that legal for the bank/servicer to hire someone to break into my property and change the locks and if not can I sue any or all of them for damages or file a criminal complaint?

How do you know it was the bank or its agents who caused the damage?
