Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am going through foreclosure on my homestead property. I am also on the title as joint tenant on my parent's property. Can the bank put a lien or have a claim for my parent's property because I am on the title as payment for my foreclosure debt?

If they get a deficiency judgement, they can go after other unprotected property,i.e. your interest in your parent's property.
