foreclosure
I have a foreclosure from HUD it seems to have transferred to the department of treasury...my question is how can I possibly , without going bankrupt, get this off my credit?

By the time the a foreclosure is filed, your credit has been severely damaged already. You will not be able to get this off your credit unless you somehow can prove to the lender that they made a serious error and can convince them that it must be removed. The only other method that I have had any success with is when I was able to get my client to make full payment of the mortgage in return for a cleansing of their credit history.

If there truly is a foreclosure, there is no way to simply remove it from your credit report. If it is an error, then you must contact the credit report agencies and demand it be removed.
