foreclosure on investment property

My Florida investment property is going to be forclosure-I have it shortsale now but no offer comes in. Florida is recoure state; will lender goes after my properies In floriday and other in CA? My business is in trouble and I cannot refinance my house to keep up with my mortgages. What should I do to avoid this?

Consult a BK lawyer about filing Chapter 13, if your assets and debts are within the legal limits, otherwise Chapter 11.
