Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My foreclosure lawsuit was dismissed "with" prejudice in 2011.
The 5 year Florida statute of promissory loans has expired.
The Plaintiff cannot foreclose ... and cannot collect on the note.
Yet the lender continues to pay my property taxes & insurance.
How should I proceed ?
