Foreclosure

Not sure if this question went through as computer froze.

Lender with whom I originally financed has been bought by another. Foreclosure Complaint names original lender and not new owner of mortgage note. Would Complaint have to be amended to name new lender as proper plaintiff?

That depends on whether first bank merged and dissolved or is still in existance.
