Foreclosure Reply

I am a party to a foreclosure action. I am not the mortgage holder. I became owner via quit claim deed. Now foreclosure action has been filed. How do I reply?

Since you're the titleholder, the plaintiff lender is looking to kill your interest in its pursuit of a foreclosure judgment. If your interest is worth defending, seek counsel to protect your rights in the lawsuit.
