I am in foreclosure and requested the original note. I just got a NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL AS TO COUNT II Re-ESTABLISHMENT OF LOST NOTE and want to know if i have to file a motion to compel or what is my next step ???

That probably just means they actually located the original note.
