Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

foreclosure of timeshare

My son bought a timeshare and could not finish paying for it and received notification of foreclosure for multiple

owners, by regular mail. He needs a letter to help plead his case. What are his options? He lives in Georgia and has never used the timeshare. He is not able to pay the remainder of the balance. Does he have any legal options to fallback on?

This was taken from his wife's bank account for several years.

Sometimes they will accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Call them.
