Foreclosure of vacant land

I have stopped making payments on property I own, foreclosure is inevitable. My question, can the bank from which I have the mortgage through sue me and freeze bank accounts or take the money out of exisiting bank accounts after they have a judgement in Florida.

Hi:

If the foreclosure amount is not enough to satisfy the amount owing, then the bank may seek a deficiency judgment and if obtained try and execute agains your other assets if any. Good Luck
