Foreclosure/credit

A couple divorced and wife quit claimed the property, but husband did not refinance. If it goes into foreclosure, will it also go against the ex wife's credit?

The mortgage holder will include her as a defendant, so it will show up. Of course, she may file an explanation with the credit bureaus.

Yes, it will go against the wife's credit just as if the quitclaim had never happened.
