I have a 2nd home, and if I let them foreclose, will the lender be able to place a lein on my primary residence

The lender may seek a deficiency judgment and go after real and personal property that you have. In Florida, your primary residence would likely be protected as homestead. Feel free to give me a call should you have any questions.
