when purchasing foreclosures at an auction is the judgement amount where the bidding begins and if the property is not sold during that auction where how do you find out where to buy that property

The first bid at foreclosure is usually the final judgement amount, but you should not bid at foreclosure unless you have an attorney representing you because there are many things that can go wrong, such as other liens on the property.
