Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Forecolsure in divorce

The house was purchased by both of us and the mortgage and title have both of us. But my wife insists she did not sign t he promissory note. Now nobody has a copy of the note. Am I going to be stuck with the debt?? The house lost so much in value, the bank will still be owed at least $200k after it is sold in foreclosure.
