Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

What form do I fill
This question relates to Seminole county in Florida where I recently purchased a property in foreclosure. I was told that all backowed taxes will be paid from my funds that I deposited to buy the foreclosure. However they have not been paid. How do I petition the release of funds from the foreclosure account at the Circuit Court to pay backowed property taxes? What form should I fill?

Suggest you go to the court and speak with the clerk. They should provide the information you need.
