Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I just found out my nephew passed away about a year ago. If he hadn't married, I would be his closet if also only living relative.
The last time I contacted him was at his condo.
How do I find out if he married or not and the ownership of the condo and any bank accounts?
I am impaired by very limited funds.
Also in a case as this, could an attorney easily get basic info and if interested take it on a percentage.
Thank you
Louis
