fraud?

my mom purchase a business with propierty, the seller gave us wrong info about the income of the business and we ended up being foreclosed on by the seller beacause she hold the mortgage, we sign a quitclaim to her.

my question is can we sue her for fraud and misrepensentation for giving us wrong info about the business?

Of course you can sue but your success will be based on the contract you signed and the proof you have.
