Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Should my friend continue to allow an illegal alien woman to rent an apartment without security deposit or job or Green Card?

My friend has been renting an apartment since April 2016 to a man who brought a woman and her illegitimate 2 year old daughter, not his child, over from the Philippines in October 2016 on a K-1 Visa and married her in November 2016. Husband filed for divorce in February 2017 only 10 weeks after they were married and is in ongoing process of divorce now. His wife lied to him and is not who she pretended to be. She married him to come to America to be close to other family here and not to love him. Husband has moved out of apartment in April 2017 and rent is paid to end of July. Wife wants to stay in apartment one more month in August with money from friends but she is now an illegal alien and has no job, no Green Card, no Security Deposit. Wife is aggressively suing husband to try to get support with the help of her Filipina friend's husband who has a lawyer friend.

Wife has a sister with her husband and daughter, and wife's parents are living in Pennsylvania now in a home that wife's sister's family owns. She can easily go there to stay with them.

My friend always gets a deposit and checks prospective renters are employed and afford paying rent each month. What do you think?

She can evict the woman if she wants. Her status does not affect ability to rent to her.
