Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
A friend of mine offered to make a scrapbook of all of my and my husband's dating momentos and wedding pictures. I gave her all the items, even a blank scrapbook, for her to make this for us. Since then, we had a fallout in our friendship and she refuses to respond to any of my requests to get my wedding pictures back. Those pictures were on a disk and are the only copy. Is there some legal way I can force her to give me my items back?

You can hire an attorney to write a demand letter for the return. After that you would have to file suit, which can get very expensive
