Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a friend in Norway, purchasing a home in Florida. She wants to give me power of attorney to close on the home for her. I am in Maine. Am I correct to assume that I would use the limted power of attorney for purchasing a home form from "Florida" would be the correct form? Would I need any other form(s)? Thanks.

It must specifically permit you to purchase real estate and sign all written documents related thereto. Some Florida title companies required certain other specific language. It will also require her signature to be certified.
