Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Have a friend that has done odd jobs for me for 10 years. Recently he was evicted from the mobile home park I live in. I was told that I cannot let him into the park or I will be evicted can they do this.

they probably have a right to restrict former employees being on their premises. did he do work for them as well? I don't think they can restrict him if it was solely due to eviction. do they have restraining order against him? there seems to be more going on here. not sure they can evict you either way, but your lease would need to be reviewed to determine. seek some legal guidance if you must have the person on the premises
