Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My friend was pulled over with one of his friends after they TP'd a house for homecoming. Although all he did was watch, his friend still had to take him to his house, and when they were pulled over, he was still asked his Name and D.O.B. They ended up cleaning it up, but will this go on his record? I'm very worried about it.

Probably not if there was no police record made. Police have the right to ask for identification, but if they only made the kids clean it up, and didn't contact his parents, then is it not likely that any record was made. You can call the police department and ask if a record was made.
