fruad on timeshare purchase

My husband and I bought a timeshare in ORlando Fl, We were told we were buying at one resort, however when we went to visit, we found out it was another resort. Resort we purchased not to the same standards as the one we had purchased, in fact had many problems with water leakage and hot water heater. Have contact company, they were very rude, unappoligetic, said we do not have any options. I just want to return the propert, do not care about money already invested. Company says not acceptable. What are my options?

All of the documents should be read. There may be a way to return the deed. I have done this before.
