garnishing wages to pay off judgement

I have a judgement against a former tenant who then filed and withdrew a bankruptcy claim. How can I now reinstate the garnishment of their wages and collect on my judgement.

Have the clerk reissue the writ and serve

it on the tenant's employer and follow

the proper statutory procedures. This is

definitely an area I would recommend you

have an attorney handle.
