Can a landlord garnish wages for one month back rent?

It appears that the landlord has already obtained a money judgment against the tenant. Any judgment creditor can attempt to garnish any judgment debtor's wages. The defendant may have legal exemptions that defeat the judgment creditor's efforts to garnish the defendant's wages or other assets, but that is a question that requires consultation with an attorney and analysis of the particular facts of the case and applicable law.
