If your divorce decree awarded your ex the property, then it is not yours. Even if you didn't sign a deed, your ex can still enforce the divorce decree. You can buy the property at a tax sale though. Check with the county tax assessor for the date of the tax sale. You will buy it subject to any liens.
You may also pay your ex to sign over the ex's rights of redemption in the tax sale, or you can just buy the property outright from your ex.
If your divorce decree is silent as to the property, then you may still have an interest in the property, but so does your ex. You will need an attorney to figure this out.
