Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Generic Contract

I have a dilemma that I am looking for an answer to. I signed a 'generic' contract that was purchased from Staples store for sale of real estate. I had signed it with my neighbors to purchase my condominium. After signing, 3 wks later, I had told them that I wouldn't be able to go thru with the sale, because my significant other was going to have to stay in the state of FL-he was going to go to boston and I with him. At the time of signing I was bedridden during pregnancy for pre term labor and they kept badgering me to sell. Under duress, I signed. then I faced another surgery recently after a C section ..and explained this to them. I have been out of work for 4mos now and I really need to stay in my home with my new baby. I am a single mother and the condo is soley under my name.

This older couple only need this condo for 3 months for a vacation home and are very wealthy people. Any suggestions?

I do have an atty, but they are telling me I will have not much luck. So, in closing, will I be out of a home with a new baby? Do I have recourse?
