Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Just before my grandmother passed away, my brother made her make a Quit claims deed adding his name and mine to her condo wthout my knowledge. He then abandoned me and the condo for 20 yrs & I have been paying all the bills,expenses repairs etc. He has not spoken to me orcontributed any money or help at all. I have just moved out of the condo and cannot afford to pay the condo fees or taxes anymore & I'm stuck. What can I do?
