Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My grandmother passed away and left her house to my dad. He passed away before she did. She never changed her will and there are no other names on there. What paper do I need to fill out to put my name on the warranty deed? I have been living here for the last 8+ yrs

Without reading her will, no one can answer properly. The house may or may not have gone to your dad's estate.
