Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am having great difficulty closing a sale of property . One of my siblings as part owner is threatening to walk away from the table. What are the legal ramifications if she partially signs and refuses to continue?

You cannot sell without her cooperation. An action in partition would then be your remedy.
