what happen when both owners of a house die and the have 1 son from both owners and 1 kid from the male owner and 5 kids from the female

It depends on who passed away first. Have an attorney review the circumstances to assist in determing who inherits the house. The son from both owners likely has an interest either way. The other children may not depending on who died first.
