Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I hate the idea of paying rent, all I simply need is 4 walls and a roof. So I was wondering if it was possible to buy non-residential land and put a 20' cargo container on it, and call it home. Research goes nowhere, it quickly becomes complicated. Would this scenario have any legal problems?
