Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I'm helping my Mother financially purchase a condo for cash in a 55 yr old and older community. The real estate agent said I could not be on the deed because I am not 55 or older. Can I be on the deed or should we quit claim it? What is your advice?

No you cannot be on deed. File a mortgage to protect your interest.
