Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
If I am high bidder of a property at an HOA Foreclosure action, and the property does not have a mortgage, would that make me the legal real owner of the property?

Yes subject to other liens of records. Even with a mortgage you would hold Legal title subject to their lien.
