Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hi,I am in a contract with a buyer for my house (mobile home). He did not put any deposit down, it was going to be a cash transaction. The contract is good until January 31, 2014, but we agreed to make the closing long before that orally(not written) and I have to be out of the property by January 31, 2014. Now he said that the closing is going to be by the end of January 2014. As the seller, can I brake this contract? I was not expecting to wait this long. Please I need some advice ASP!!!! Thank you in advance!

The terms of the contract prevail. You need to have it reviewed by an attorney. You should have had an attorney review it in advance to make sure it protected you as you wished.
